Shavuot marks the day G-d gave the Torah to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai — the moment that defined our mission and purpose as a nation. It is a tradition to enjoy dairy foods on this holiday, and we're going all out with a delicious buffet featuring ice cream, cheesecakes, blintzes, and salads for all ages.
